use VOGN’s services, including metadata, log data, device information, location information, user content,

demographic information, cookie information, communication information, third-party information, and

Deletion of Account: If you want to delete your personal data, you must delete your VOGN account. Please

note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use the VOGN app with that account.

• How to delete: You can request the deletion of your account by using the relevant delete function

available in the VOGN app or service.

• Consequences of Data Deletion: When your account is deleted, certain associated customer data may also

be deleted or anonymized. This may affect certain services or information that you previously had access to

through VOGN.

• Uninstallation ≠ Data Deletion: It is important to understand that merely uninstalling the VOGN app from

your device does not delete your personal data. To ensure complete data deletion, you must follow the

official delete procedure in the VOGN app.

• Confirmation: After you have requested deletion, you will receive a confirmation from VOGN when your

data has been deleted or de-identified.

 

 

Access to your data: As a customer at VOGN, you have the right to access and download your personal data.

We provide an easy-to-use function within the VOGN app or service, which allows you to request and

receive your data.

• The Process: When you choose to download your customer data, our system will collect the necessary

information, which may take some time depending on the volume and complexity of your data.

• Data Delivery: After collecting your information, a file containing your customer data is sent to the email

address associated with your VOGN account.

• Limitation of requests: To protect the integrity of our systems and ensure efficient service, you can

request data export once a day.

• Security: VOGN ensures that the data portability process is secure and that your information is only sent

to the registered email address for your account.

• Purpose: This feature is designed to promote transparency and give you control over your own data,

supporting the principles of data protection and user rights.

 

 

Purpose: At VOGN, we strive to keep you updated about our latest product features, promotions, news, and

more. We do this through various communication channels such as email, SMS messages, and app push

notifications.

• Use of Your Data: We exclusively use your email address and/or phone number to send you marketing

messages when and if you have expressly given us permission to do so, either through the VOGN app or our

website.

• Personalization: To ensure we send you the most relevant content, we may personalize marketing

which marketing messages you want to receive. This can be adjusted in the VOGN app settings.
